Primary Stat: Strength (STR): The higher your STR, the more damage you'll do when attacking. Some equipment require a certain amount of STR before you can use them.
Secondary Stat: Dexterity (DEX): This will increase your attack power less than Strength, but more than the other options.
You can use the "Auto-Assign" function to allocate your Ability Points (AP) automatically. It will automatically put all of your AP in STR.

Zero is the child of Rhinne, the Transcendence of Time. Born from her tears in an attempt to free her powers from the Black Mage, but things would not go as planned as the Black Mage figured out her plan. The child was split in two, Alpha a male and Beta a female, and imprisoned in the Mirror World.
Only with their powers combined will Alpha and Beta be able to break free from Mirror World and ascend to be the next Transcendence of Time.
Mirror World
The Mirror World is a construct of the Black Mage made with the goddess Rhinne’s power to imprison Zero and control the source of their power. It is only a shard of Maple World, copied but not reproduced. It is an unstable, incomplete shadow.
The Mirror World is broken up into hub towns that mirror certain locations from Maple World, such as Leafre and Henesys. Each location will have a set of premium dungeons to quest and train in. Dungeons can be started solo or in a group.
Zero will also be able to directly invite other Zero characters into one of the Mirror World dungeons by using the “Attempt Intrusion” feature. This can be activated after entering a Mirror World dungeon and selecting the red “Attempt Intrusion” button under the map. A list of Zeros in the hub map and Zeros in your friend list can be invited.
Zero's Temple
Alpha and Beta will not be alone in their struggle to break free from Mirror World. Devout priests of the Transcendence of Time will help guide and train them for the journey ahead.
Zero’s Temple will be home of a number of priests that will offer useful services such as a Beautician, Storage Keeper, and Quartermaster.
Dello will offer to train Zero in any profession. And for a fee and some fatigue, Dello will also give lessons to increase mastery over a selected profession. Dello’s lessons will only bring professions up to Lv. 10.
Next to Dello is a book shelf. Zero will be able to read from this book shelf 3 times a day to raise a random trait.
Cello, the quartermaster will sell a number of useful items, equipment, and crafting material. Besides the crafting material, Cello will only accept Time Coins for his wares, which can be obtained while running the dungeons in Mirror World.
Equipment
Zero will use a unique evolving weapon that grows with them. Alpha will wield the long sword Lazuli, while Beta the heavy sword Lapis. These weapons will upgrade every 10 levels up to level 170.
After completing chapter 1 of the main story, Lazuli and Lapis can only be enhanced through a special weapon UI accessible from the weapon button on the bottom left of the equipment inventory window.
Only 1 scroll or enhancement item is needed to upgrade both weapons. When the weapon evolves, you will have the option to carry over all enhancements or to reset the weapon.
By defeating enemies and completing dungeons in Mirror World, Zero will also accumulate WP (Weapon Point), which with a small meso fee can be used to reset and possible upgrade Lazuli and Lapis’ potential.
Because Zero is unable to unequip their weapons, Lucky Item Scrolls have been added to turn Lazuli and Lapis into a piece for another equipment set. These scrolls will not change the stats of the weapons but will instead count the weapons towards the set bonus of the scroll used. Visit Cello in Zero’s Temple to obtain a few of these Lucky Item Scrolls.
If you are unlucky enough to blow up your weapon, their stats will reset back to their unenhanced state.

- Zero starts at Lv. 100.
- Zero has a special name tag.
- Zero will start with 48 inventory slots for Equip, Use, Setup, and Etc.
- Item drops in Maple World will be restricted to basic loot and quest items form normal monsters. The restrictions will be lifted after completing the story.
- Experience cannot be gained in Maple World until completing the story.
- Quests in Maple World will be unavailable until completing the story.
- A single cosmetic coupon can be used on just Alpha, Beta, or both.
- Zero’s Character Card will increase EXP obtained be 4% on 110, 6% on 130, 8% on 160, and 10% on 200.
- Alpha and Beta will have 2 separate HP and TP bars.
- The character on standby will quickly regain HP and TP.

- Zero cannot equip gender specific equipment, but can equip all gender types of cash equipment
- A single piece of cash equipment can be worn by both Alpha and Beta, or each can wear a different piece.
Passive SkillHeavy Sword Mastery (Lv 100)
Descriptions: Increases the weapon mastery of Great Swords, as well as Weapon Attack, and Weapon Speed. Also increases damage done when attacking fewer targets with Great Swords. At Master Level: Heavy Sword Mastery: +70%, Boss ATT: +50%, Attack Power: +100, Attack Speed: +2 step. Master Level: 10.
