Dragon Rider Party Quest

1. You need to be level100 or above
2. Just click on the light bulb on your head and follow what the quest say and complete it.
3. You need to kill a big balrog before you can do the PQ.
4. Now you only can do Dragon Rider PQ

Aran's dmg looks nice in Balrog PQ but technically, in your screen, you saw yourself using overswing but combo didn't counted and other doesn't see it... T_T

P:S I hate Vista T_T anyone can fix the continuously dc in boss map (HT, zakum, scarlion, etc)

Only Party leader need to complete Balrog PQ and get 1 seal stone to start this Rider PQ

The rest of the members can entry the party quest as long as PT leader got seal stone
